Publication Ethics

During the submission procedure, the authors must verify that the paper represents entirely original work and that all sources are properly cited. Any form of plagiarism is unacceptable in the Journal of Criminology and Criminal Law.

Authors also must confirm that their article has not been previously published in full or in part in any language, nor is it currently under consideration for publication anywhere.

By submitting an article to Journal, the author guarantees that he or she is solely responsible for the text's content and citations.

When submitting an article, the author must fill in the following table on compliance with ethical principles:

If yes, do all the procedures performed in studies involving human participants follow the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Yes No
